Concept Related Inquiries

In early 2021, Mastel Hospitality & Concept by Shiji have decided to discontinue our Sales & Software Development Partnership. During the years of our cooperation, various services and products have been made available to our common clients, these products and services, that are provided to common clients or common products will undergo the following changes.

Support for any Concept related products will end by the 31st of December 2021. All respective support will be will be transferred to Concept by Shiji or discontinued within that period.

Affected Products

• Concept Suite of Solutions such as: Golf, Spa, Membership, POS and others, will no-longer be sold or supported by Mastel Hospitality. All existing support will be transferred to Concept by Shiji by 1st of January 2022.
• Concept Online will be discontinued by the 1st of January 2022. Any existing subscriptions will be cancelled and disconnected.
• Concept Business Intelligence:
  • Legacy CSS BI has been at end of life since 2017, 2021 marks the end of support for this product. As of 1/1/2022 no support will be invoiced or provided by Mastel Hospitality. Clients wishing to migrate to Hotel Dashboard Leisure can contact us for costs and migration paths.
  • Hotel Dashboard Leisure will remain available but is contracted and supported directly by Mastel Hospitality.
